This single is a new version of the original song created by The Dream Academy group in 1985 for their album The Dream Academy. This version is featuring Jake Owen and Little Big Town. Life In Northern Town was performed live at 2008 CMT Music Award last April. Although this single hasn’t confirmed yet on the new album, the truth is that it is being played on country radio stations. In fact, the song has reached the peak position forty-three at Billboard Hot 100 Charts.
