Made in the Dark is the third material after Coming On Stron, released in May, 2004, The Warming two years later in May, 2006. Nowadays, this single is the number 1 at Billboard Top Heatseekers Chart, 26 at United World Chart and 25 at Australian Albums Chart. In general, the song and the rest of the album has received a relative reception. The Observer said about that”Hot chip have a happy way with a subliminal power ballad”. While Rolling Stones said: “catchy tunes, monster grooves, and lyrics the heartfelt and the smartass”. Particularly, I think it is a sweet song, but it is so short that you can’t really enjoy or assimilate it.
