You Found Me is a single by the band The Fray which was used to promote the fifth season of the series Lost. The one was official released on the American Music Awards last November 23rd. It is the lead single of the last material of The Fray which will be complete released on 3rd February, 2009. The song according to Isaac Slade is about the disappointment and the let down that comes with the life. You Found Me is now #28 on U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and #51 on Canadian Hot 100.
